Lunatic Restaurant wins the Tapas Rally

The first prize of the Salou Rally of Salou 2018 has fallen on Lunattic Restaurant, which also wins the prize for the most original cover with the creation "Costa Dorada". The winning dish is composed of "seasonal zucchini and mushroom cream, tempura of its own flower, Iberian pork cochifrito and ovipate oil ice cream and tomatito en rama".
