The Virgen del Carmen festival returns to Cambrils

Cambrils. Costa Dorada. 12th July 2012. The Virgen del Carmen is the patron saint of fishermen. In many coastal towns of Cambrils Catalonia and among them, the fishermen and their families honor the Virgin and are assigned to ask for protection. In the summer festive season of Cambrils, on July 16 is celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Carmen. Party that has undergone major changes since it was conceived from the start with a strictly religious nature.
