'The key to restoration in tourism' will be developed from 9 ha to 15 and will consist of a series of conferences by the professionals of the world of restoration with a long history, which, in general, will present their personal experiences and professionals, and will show the latest trends, as well as some innovative techniques and the new challenges and secrets in cocktail bar.
Some of the outstanding personalities of this day are Pere Monje, director of the Via Veneto of Barcelona, ​​and Arnau Bosch, of the restaurant Can Bosch of Cambrils, both establishments recognized with a Michelin star.

More specifically, the program 'The key to restoration in tourism' will be:

- At 12:30 p.m., Arnau Bosch, chef at the Can Bosch Restaurant in Cambrils, will talk about the philosophy of Can Bosch, an establishment with almost 50 years of experience.
