Publicity prepares Cambrils II, the day dedicated to advertising and touristic promotion

The Cambrils Tourist Board organized again the Second Week of Tourism Promotion, Publicity 2009, aimed at industry professionals and students, and this year will be held on the 27th of November, in Hotel TRYP Port Cambrils and under the slogan "Selecting and positioning attributes. The day of a biannual basis, was created to reflect and discuss the creative processes in the promotion of tourist destinations. The growing competition between tourist destinations and the impact of new information technologies and communication incentive to produce more complex tasks of promoting and original. Professional prestige In this context, Publicity'09 has confirmed the participation of recognized names in the world of Tourism and Advertising: Marçal Moline, strategic planner and creative advertising agency founder of MMLB, Josefa Mari Ribas, Minister for Tourism Policy of the Consell Insular de Ibiza , John Betancort, Head of Economic Development and Promotion of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Manu Narvaez, Managing Director of Tourism in San Sebastian, Felix Larrosa, former director of TURESPAÑA, Josep M ª Brugés, Press Officer and professor at the School of Communication Blanquerna (Universitat Ramon Llull), David Coral Morral, director of the agency Counterpoint, Monica Figuerola, General Director of Tourism of La Rioja and Carlos de la Guardia, founder ofBrandgineering. As a novelty, the organization wants to appeal to students in the creative industry by offering a contest in which participants must demonstrate their knowledge of Mexican tourism through the Publicity Awards.
