First Days of rice Portofino Restaurant Salou

Salou. Costa Dorada. 07 May 2014. The Portofino Restaurant Salou celebrated during the month of May the first edition of the conference rice until 30 May. Every week, Portofino Salou offer a kind of a different style rice prepared by chefs of the Costa Brava , Costa Dorada and the Ebro Delta.
Tourism Councilman Salou, Benet Presas, said that initiatives like this help further position Salou in the gastronomic and culinary map Catalan, and congratulated the owner of the establishment, José M ª Perera, having driven a conference leading to Salou a unique and varied, bringing the traditional cuisine from different parts of Catalonia to the capital of the Costa Dorada.
The sessions were presented during a ceremony attended by Mayor of Salou, Pere Granados and several guests could enjoy a tasting menu prepared by the cooks rice the same restaurant Portofino, the San Carlos de Rápita and the Empordà.
This first week, offering rice cooks are Lluís Ferrés Empordà , the Hotel Aiguablava of Begur, and Miguel Garcia, Restaurant Terramar Llafranc .
