Costa Daurada and Terres de l' Ebre are key players in the World Travel Market tourism fair

Costa Daurada and Terres de l' Ebre stressed their presence at this year's World Travel Market dinner by the Catalan Tourism organized and offered to the heads of the British and Irish tourism industry . The proposal was prepared by gourmet chefs Joan Bosch ( Can Bosch restaurant ), Diego Campos ( restaurant Esquina Diego ) , Fran Lopez restaurant El Torreó de l' Indià ) and their cooking equipment.

The menu offered by the three restaurants, awarded with a Michelin star, was the letter of gastronomic reality of the territory , synthesizing tradition and modernity around products such as rice, tuna, prawns , sea bass , sea nettles or pig's feet .
