Tarragona shows the latest of its tourism at ITB Berlin
Tarragona. Costa Dorada. March 9, 2013. The cities member of the Group of human patrimony participates from Wednesday until Sunday 10 March at the main international tourism fair in Berlin. Germany is confirmed as the main international market in terms of number of overnight stays for World Heritage Cities of Spain. For this reason, the Spanish Association held an intensive promotional campaign in Germany during 2013 with the support of Turespaña. The ultimate goal of this presentation is to share and consolidate its presence in major countries sending tourists to all the partner cities and foster greater number of trips and overnights at this time mateixes.En Group Heritage Cities participated in the fair, under the umbrella of Turespaña, a space from which to promote the rich tourist and cultural heritage of the thirteen destinations, including Tarragona and facilitate meetings with professionals. The program includes several presentations in the coming months in the sector, participation in campaigns and public business meetings and other activities.
