Tarragona is an exhibition to promote the consumption of tap water
Tarragona. Costa Dorada. 15th May 2012. Tarragona Province, through the Environment Unit, Public Health and Municipal Services Territory (SAM), has organized an exhibition to promote the consumption of tap water in the area and reduce thus, the generation of waste. "As clear as water" is the title of the exhibition that opened at the City of el Pla de Santa Maria the deputy representative of the Environment Unit, Public Health and the Provincial Land, Nuria Crivillé. The opening ceremony was chaired by the mayor of the municipality, Mateu Montserrat. The exhibition, through panels, the benefits of tap water consumption in economic, ecological and health. In this sense, make us think and be aware that drinking tap water is one way to help preserve the environment. During his speech Nuria Crivillé stressed "the educational value of the evidence" and said it helps to "raise awareness about the need to consume tap water." The exhibition will remain open until 31 May with the following schedule: Monday through Thursday from 10 to 13 16 to 20 pm, and Fridays from 10 to 13h.
