Salou offers a full schedule of activities for the summer

The recreation of the traditional “calada de las mallas” on June 27th opened the extensive program of cultural events, entertainment and holidays scheduled by the City of Salou this summer, and will be extended until October 17th. Among the variety of proposals for the general public highlights the concert singer Rosario held on August 1 at the municipal stadium, or concert Pau Dones and Pignoise on August 14th under the initiative Coronita Save the Beach. Various regional festivals, the dance show "Pasión Flamenca", cycles of Havanans, of sardana and of cinema, entertainment shows on the streets, the craft market, the great castle of fireworks of Nits Daurades, or the party del Rei en Jaume and Medieval Market are some of the possibilities offered by Salou citizens and the many visitors who choose this important tourist destination for family holidays. The program of events for the summer include a visit to the Catalan Masia Salou in July and August open daily from 19 to 24 hours whereas in September the hours are from 19 to 23 hours so as to Torre Vella in July and August can be visited from 19 to 22 hours in September and October 18 to 21 hours. The vast majority of activities are free except the concert Rosario (25 euros in advance and 30 euros at the box office), the musical "Around the world of Willy Fog" on September 19th (12 euros), and the concert of "Chicos del Coro" on October 2n (20 euros). These locations can be purchased at the box office of Teatro Auditorio de Salou (TAS) Monday through Friday from 10 to 14 and from September 15 by the afternoon of 17 to 20 h, or through the Servicaixa. For the concert of Rosario also sold tickets at the office of the Tourist Board of the Europe square by Teleentrada, Tick tack ticket, and in record stores Qui'k Arsis Tarragona and Reus.
