Over 350 people celebrated the eighth edition of the Feast of the Olive Vandellòs

Vandellos. Costa Daurada. Over 350 people attended yesterday, Sunday 22 January at the Feast of the Olive VIII, organized by the agricultural cooperative Vandellòs with the collaboration of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant, the Cultural Centre , Sports and Recreational Vandellòs (CCERV) and the Association of Retired Persons and Pensioners of the same people. These people enjoyed a popular breakfast where, in addition to taste the oil of the cooperative were able to eat toast, sausage, bacon, herring, roasted hazelnuts, mandarins, and drinking red wine and water. Among those attending was the presence of the mayor of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant, Alfonso Garcia and several council members and the director of the regional Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Anton Vallvé. Shortly before lunch a total of 7 people took part in a competition of aioli, which won Manuel Castellnou Vandellòs neighbor.
