Lumine presents two new dishes on ,Taste Salou 2012,
Tarragona. Costa Dorada. March 16th, 2012. "Coke lime sardines tempura with tomato jam and caviar with gold roses" and "fried potatoes and eggs with crispy suckling pig confit." These are the two unique creations presented in Lumine restaurant "Taste Salou", the food fair to be held from 16 to 19 March, and in which bets are displayed and framed original culinary tradition in the area. "Taste Salou", organized by the city of Salou, aims in this second edition, increase the quality and diversity of the cuisine of Salou and position the city as a benchmark for culinary tourism, to unite restaurateurs and retailers. This is a place to make their products producers and entrepreneurs, and display handicrafts and designations of origin and quality. During the course of the fair, held-processing workshops, wine tasting workshops, lectures, talks and you can sample their products in the stands. Lumine restaurant, located in the complex Lumine Mediterranean Beach & Golf Community, offers a creative cuisine but with a strong Mediterranean inspiration. At its booth Taste Salou is podrándegustar the two creations, coca Friday with pork and potatoes during the weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
