The Grand Hotel Palas presents the Raccó, a restaurant with an extensive range to suit all tastes

Ion Garcia chef and head waiter and maitre Guillem Lavilla were responsible this past July 1st of 2009 to present the new Raccó restaurant, an establishment that adds to the wide range of Gran Palas Hotel, the first hotel of five stars of the central Costa Daurada, opened this past June. The management team that manages the Raccó is complemented by the Head of Restoration of the hotel, Alvaro Lapiedra. Gran Palas Hotel has 102 rooms in a separate account with all kinds of details and services, some of which are exclusive to residents of the hotel, while others are fully open to any user. This is true of the Raccó Restaurant, an a la carte which combines traditional and international cuisine and which offer alternatives and advice from the sommelier to choose from an extensive letter the best wines, whether the DO closest or the rest of the world. A team of 36 people in the kitchen and 30 people to provide customer service every day, three separate proposals: the product of the day, from Mediterranean cuisine, the executive menu, a combination of Mediterranean and creative cuisine, or specialties a la carte restaurant of the Raccó, which also offers options Moss (a 'show cooking' which allows each diner to create their own tasting menu), Teppan (Japanese cuisine, healthy and natural) or Brass (a brassiere and meat Fish next to the swimming pool). Moreover, all the pastry is produced by themselves. The offer is complemented by the Lobby Bar with the best liquors and live music provided by pianist Gran Palas. It should be noted that the Raccó has finally provided regularly organizing conferences and tasting bars and change their carte four times a year, coinciding with the change of seasons.
