Cambrils is already working on the second edition of the Sea Forum
Cambrils. Costa Dorada. Coinciding with the second staging of the Forum Gastronomic Santiago de Compostela, the Councilor of Tourism Cambrils Ana Lopez, has had contacts with the organizers of the event, the company Pep Palau von Arend i Jaume Associates, who are also the technical managers of the Forum Sea Cambrils. Sea Forum will take place the day 3 to 5 October with a similar format to that of Santiago, with a popular program and a professional, combining live cooking and wine tasting tours, with an exhibition area of small specialist producers. The councilor Ana Lopez, also participated in the workshop of the Spanish Association for the Advancement Destinations Gastronomic Tourism Forum convened also around Santiago. Reunited with the other founding partners, the city of Santiago de Compostela, San Sebastian, Lanzarote, Gijón, Valladolid and Lleida, is advancing in the various lines of promotion that the association held in the coming months. In addition to developing a web portal and an active presence in the next culinary events taking place in the state (European Congress of Gastronomy, Gastronomic San Sebastian, Sea Cambrils Forum, Congress Catering in Palma de Mallorca, National Competition Skewers y Tapas de Valladolid, Cider Festival of Gijón ...) is working on a formal presentation to professionals. By 2010 the partnership is expected to incorporate a set of new destinations that have shown interest in joining. Work is underway to organize a meeting with the destination concerned and the association itself, which interested parties can submit the specifics of organization: the statutes, objectives, projects underway, the accession process. One of the most interesting projects is the creation and operation, along with others, Gastronomic Product Club "Taste Spain. It is expected that after the new additions, this 2010, the Association may have representatives of almost all the Autonomous Communities.
