Parque Samá is located between the municipalities of Cambrils and Montbrió del Camp, a short distance from the coast. This park was created by Josep Fontserré (the same author of the park of the Citadel of Barcelona). His promoter was Don Salvador Samái Torrens, Marquis de Marianao, who in 1881 decided to recover the exotic and characteristic environment of colonial Cuba, because his family had been established there during that time.
It is considered one of the best examples of romantic gardening in the Mediterranean. Parque Samá is formed by a huge palace and an artificial pond surrounded by high walls. Also note the different species of animals that live in the park, such as different types of peacocks, parrots, parrots and ducks, among others.
Strolling through the park is not only to enjoy its exuberant flora and its friendly fauna, but you can also admire the esculturals, grottos, fountains and viewpoints, and move to an oasis of beauty and tranquility in the heart of the Costa Dorada.
The venue is also offered to host any type of social or corporate celebration.
Recently the management of the park has been renewed, which has done a set-up of the whole enclosure.
